TNI X AIRA & AIFUL
Hackathon competition hosted by the Thai-Nichi Institute of Technology (TNI) and sponsored by AIRA & AIFUL, under the theme “Innovative Application for Smart Life". Developed JunoGo, a smart commuting application with IoT integration.
[Details]
Our team developed JunoGo, a Smart Public Transport mobile application prototype designed to make commuting safer, more efficient, and inclusive through IoT integration. The app promotes life balance by allowing users to plan their daily journeys intelligently while ensuring accessibility for all.
Key Features:
• Real-Time Seat Availability: Detects and displays current bus seating using IoT camera sensors.
• Estimated Fare & Arrival Time: Provides quick fare estimation and ETA predictions.
• Smart Keychain SOS: Allows passengers to trigger an emergency alert linked to the app.
• Parent Monitoring Mode: Enables parents to track and receive safety updates on their children’s commute.
• ETA Without Live GPS: Offers location-free time estimation to preserve privacy and reduce data usage.
My Role:
As the team lead, UX/UI designer, and final presenter, I directed the overall project development, conceptualized the app’s core features, designed the user interface, and delivered the final pitch presentation. JunoGo was awarded 2nd Runner Up prize for its innovative IoT concept, strong social impact, and inclusive design approach among 10 competing teams.
